Last chance - leaves in a few days
Last chance to add steps & railings.
Your deck is being packed for shipment. This is the final point where we can add steps or railings and send everything together at no additional shipping cost.
Once your deck is picked up, anything added later will need to ship separately with a separate delivery charge.
⏱️ This is the last step where adding is free. After pickup it's a separate delivery, with its own shipping charge.

Your deck ships by LTL freight. Here's what to expect once it's on the way.

Track it live
Follow your shipment and delivery progress from the moment it leaves our facility.

The carrier will call you
Once your deck reaches the local terminal, the delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery time. They should arrive with the equipment needed to unload your order. If they don't, do not arrange equipment yourself. Contact us and we'll coordinate a safe delivery.

Delivered curbside
Your deck will be delivered to the curb or driveway at your property.

Check everything within 14 days
Once delivered, please make sure all parts arrived safely and nothing is missing. If you need more than 14 days to inspect your order, just let our team know.
