At A-DIY, we are committed to providing high-quality, innovative deck kits designed to simplify your outdoor projects. While decks traditionally don’t have return policies, we are proud to offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Here’s how it works:
Returns are available within 30 days of delivery.
The deck kit must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
All parts, materials, and manuals must be included in the return package to be eligible for a refund.
Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team via email at support@a-diy.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions for the return process.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of the return.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Deck kits that have been assembled, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Returns with missing or damaged components may result in additional fees or rejection of the return request.
Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly through A-DIY’s official website (www.a-diy.com).
A-DIY reserves the right to refuse a return if the conditions outlined in this policy are not met.

If any damages or manufacturing defects are reported within 14 days of delivery, we will make it right.
Important Notice: If you notice a small crack on the end of a joist upon receiving your A-DIY Deck DIY Kit, rest assured it's normal and won't affect its strength. Wood may develop minor cracks as it dries, but it remains sturdy. Plus, this area will be covered by deck boards during installation. Your satisfaction matters, so feel free to reach out with any questions.
Please contact us at support@a-diy.com with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible. If we are unable to repair your deck, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
