Who can join?

Referral: any A-DIY customer, influencer or affiliate with a US PayPal account. Trade: contractors, installers, landscapers and handymen with a US business.

Do I need a contractor licence?

No. For Trade we ask for a registered business, a certificate of insurance with general liability, and a resale certificate. Referral needs none of these.

How fast is approval?

Referral is instant. Trade is usually approved in minutes by an automatic check of your documents. If something can’t be confirmed, our team takes a quick look, usually within 1 business day.

Who handles the installation warranty?

You do. A Trade partner sells and warranties their own installation. A-DIY warranties the kit: 5 years structural, 25 years on composite boards.

How do payouts work?

Referral commissions clear once the order is delivered and 30 days have passed, then go out weekly by PayPal when you’re owed $25 or more. Refunded orders reverse the commission.

How do Trade partners pay for kits?

Prepaid by card or ACH at checkout. There are no credit terms. Upload your resale certificate once and checkout drops the sales tax.

Can Trade partners refer homeowners too?

Yes. Every Trade partner also gets a referral link, so you earn on homeowners who would rather build it themselves.

Do I need to disclose that I earn a commission?

Yes. When you post, say you earn a commission, for example “#ad, I earn a commission”. The FTC requires it, and we give you the wording.
