We offer two premium materials, all designed to last 20+ years:

Our subfloors use kiln-dried pressure-treated lumber, with 6x6 beams and 2x8 joists for extra durability. The joists are spaced 14 inches apart, making the deck incredibly sturdy.

Our decks are sturdy and secure when properly installed. For areas with high winds, we recommend using cemented footings or sonotubes for added stability.

• Gazebo: Yes! Just make sure it is securely fastened to the deck.
• Hot Tub: If the deck is ground-level, yes! If elevated, check with a structural professional to ensure proper support.
